Villas-Boas set for boot? (©GettyImages)Tottenham Hotspur manager Andre Villas-Boas has been made outright favourite to be the next Premier League manager sacked by every leading bookmaker in the United Kingdom, after suffering a crushing 5-0 defeat to Liverpool yesterday.
Villas-Boas has already come under pressure this season following a 6-0 thrashing at Manchester City last month, while losses to London rivals Arsenal and West Ham United also left considerable questions over his position.
Spurs chairman Daniel Levy has given no public indication that Villas-Boas has cause for concern, but a home humiliation by Liverpool has proved enough for the bookies to make him overwhelming leader in the sack race.
