Yoruba Movie World Loses Child Actor

Kid actor, Olamide David is dead. Olamide died at Ikeja General Hospital few hours ago. It was gathered that Olamide, 14 was playing football yesterday, Sunday, 17^th of January, 2016 with his friends when one of them mistakenly kicked him in the stomach. He complained of stomach pain and was taken to the hospital where he gave up the ghost few hours ago. Olamide played the lead role in Foluke Daramola’s movie, Cobweb and won the 2014 BON Awards child actor.

A heartbroken Foluke has taken to social media to express her pains. She wrote; “Death! where is your sting? Olamide David, my lead character in Cobweb, why does it have to be now? Why why why?”. His fans mostly adults will be so heartbroken now. May his soul rest in peace. Amen. Too sad!
