As Lamar Odom fights for his life in a coma, it has emerged that he is still legally married to Khloe Kardashian.
The former couple signed divorce papers in July, but in order for the divorce to be finalised, a judge would have had to sign the final judgement documents.
A representative for the Los Angeles Superior Court told Us Weekly on Wednesday that a judgement is yet to be entered into court, meaning that the divorce is not official.
TMZ also reports as Khloe is still legally Lamar's wife, she is making medical decisions on his behalf at the hospital.
Khloe filed for divorce from Lamar in December 2013 after four years of marriage .It was claimed that the divorce case was in danger of being thrown out earlier this year if the former couple did not move forward with the legal process.
In July, they both signed the appropriate paperwork to end their marriage, with the judge’s signature the only thing left that they needed for the divorce to be made official.
